UTNP (Ulju Trail Nine Peaks) is a race with a 9PEAKS course, known as the most difficult trail running race in South Korea. This 9peaks course consists of 121km and +9100m of ascent.

This very challenging race was held for the first time in 2017 with one 45km events, and has steadily expanded its scale and has now grown into a mega event in the region with 4 competitive events and 3 non-competition events.

There are various race categories such as 1, 2, 5, 7, 9PEAKS, dog trail and kids trails, so anyone from beginners to advanced players can challenge themselves.

The UTNP takes place every year in autumn, the most beautiful season in this region, when the color of autumn leaves and silver grass are at their peak, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while running the course.

In addition, a variety of regional foods are specially presented at each CP, providing not only nutrition but also excellent taste and food culture experience.

Ulju has the world's oldest traces of whaling, and the rocks in this area are engraved with traces of mankind's challenges in hunting in the mountains and seas of the Stone Age throughout the valley.

The topography of this area, which has been engraved with the history of mankind's longest challenge, belongs to a relatively new terrain geologically. The overall course is somewhat technical, but the ratio of roads is very small ratio of roads, allowing you to experience true nature.
